Minitel is the go to company for the Mitel phone service that we required. We tried for a few times to become a customer and I was very pleased when we were able to develop this relationship.

Our telephone system is critical and must be operating 24/7. Minitel has installed new voice a messaging system, upgraded our PBX and installed a MiVoice Border Gateway for remote IP telephones (for people working from a home office). We have used the team at Minitel for our office telephone systems and support for over 12 years. (Prior to that I had the good fortune to work with them at two previous workplaces.) During this time, we have replaced our phone systems in our three offices (Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal) and are in the process of upgrading our current system to accommodate our new videoconferencing system and allow direct dialing between offices (including our remote Calgary office).
